This is a continuation of the Electrical Maintenance Fundamentals course and covers the practical
aspects of the maintenance and application of equipment used in production lease facilities. It includes a
field trip and participants receive handouts.

Transformers and connections
Lightning protection
AC motors
Wire splicing
Protective devices
Battery types and chargers

Recommended For
Technicians, supervisors, and personnel who work with or are responsible for the operation and
maintenance of AC power systems; also those who work with electronics, instrumentation, and
automatic equipment.
